Branded booking page
Every business gets its own page with its name, logo, color, photos, link and QR code. The footer says 'Bookings with Separalo'. Customers see services, prices and available times without calling or messaging, so the result is a booking instead of a conversation.
Multi-service, multi-professional booking
A customer can book several services in one visit and choose the professional, date and time for each. Availability respects each team member's hours, breaks and assigned services.
Calendar and appointment management
The dashboard brings together the calendar, bookings, contacts and manual bookings created by the business. Appointments can confirm automatically or wait for your approval, and your team's whole day is in one place.
Confirmations, reminders and changes
Separalo sends verification, confirmation and cancellation emails. When reminders are enabled, eligible appointments receive an email around a day before the appointment. Customers reschedule or cancel from their private link within the business's rules, cutting back-and-forth messages.
Team members with their own access
Invite your team so each professional sees their schedule and appointments from their own account. In each business, the owner can work with additional team members. The owner does not use a team seat. See Pricing for the current business and additional team member limits.
What makes Separalo different
One price for the whole team
One subscription covers the owner and additional team members in each business within the current limits in Pricing. The owner does not use a team seat. Give your team their own access without adding a separate subscription per person within those limits.
No commission on new clients
Bookings and new clients carry no commission; Separalo charges the subscription. If your business is in the United States and you turn on online payments through Stripe, Separalo charges a platform fee only on those payments. You share your page with your customers; Separalo does not include a marketplace that brings you bookings.
Your brand included from day one
The booking page uses your name, logo and color and the footer says 'Bookings with Separalo'. It is included in the same membership as your calendar and team.
14-day trial and no long-term contract
Try Separalo for 14 days to set up your services, review your public page and check how customers book. Cancel the subscription from your dashboard, with no annual contract.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
All of Separalo works in Spanish and English: the dashboard, emails and booking page. Each business chooses its page's default language, and customers can switch it while booking.

The team behind Separalo
Separalo started in 2026 to solve a specific problem: service businesses lose hours coordinating appointments one message at a time. The idea was to give them a branded booking page that is simple to set up and affordable for small teams.
Separalo was founded by two co-founders and is operated by Nottifai LLC, a Texas company started by one of them. We work from Texas and Colombia, and support is answered directly by the people who build the product.

Separalo is online booking software for small service businesses. Each business gets a branded page where customers choose a service, professional, date and time, and the business manages everything from one calendar.
Do my customers need an account to book?
No. Customers enter their name and email and confirm the booking with the verification link they receive. They can reschedule or cancel from their private link.
Does Separalo take a commission on my bookings?
Bookings carry no commission; Separalo charges the plan subscription. Businesses in the United States that optionally take online deposits or prepayments through Stripe pay a platform fee only on those payments. In Colombia, you arrange payment for your services directly with customers.
Does Separalo send WhatsApp or SMS reminders?
No. Separalo sends confirmations by email. When reminders are enabled, eligible appointments receive an email around a day before the appointment. You can share your booking link on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook from the dashboard.
