Leave time to clean between pets
Set each service's duration and a business-wide cleanup buffer. The same buffer applies to every service. In the example, a 90-minute groom ends at 10:30 AM. A 15-minute buffer leaves the next possible start at 10:45 AM, subject to the groomer's hours and breaks.

Bookings and notices for each groomer
Add each groomer with their services and hours. Owners see their available times. You can work as the business owner without using a team seat. Check Pricing for current team limits.
Owners verify their email when booking. Your settings determine whether the appointment is confirmed or awaits approval. With reminders enabled, eligible appointments receive an email around the day before. When you reschedule an appointment with an email on record, Separalo sends the old and new dates.
Keep pet information separately
Ask owners directly for breed, size and temperament. Explain how to send those details in the service description. The booking form has no pet fields or notes. Keep pet records outside Separalo. In Colombia, the platform does not process client payments or deposits. US businesses can optionally take deposits or prepayments through Stripe, with a platform fee on those payments.
