Students or parents book individual lessons from your available times. Add lessons you arrange in person to the same calendar.
List the lessons you teach
Separate a 30-minute first guitar lesson from a regular 60-minute lesson. State the price and what the student should bring. Assign each teacher their instruments, lessons and working hours.

Leave time between students
Set the buffer in Services, under After each appointment. The same buffer applies across the business. For a longer fixed pause, add a break to working hours. Check the available times after saving.

Share the link with families
Send your link or display the QR code in your studio. For children, ask the responsible adult to book with their own name and email. They receive verification, reminders and lesson updates.
Booking requires email verification. Your settings determine whether it then confirms or awaits your approval.
Add weekly lessons and move makeups
Add each date separately or ask the family to book it. Separalo does not automatically create recurring series. For a makeup, open the original appointment and save the new date. The booking's email receives a notice with the old and new times.
You can also allow changes through the booking link, within the notice period you set.
What to manage separately
Manage term enrollment and prepaid lesson balances outside Separalo. In Colombia, it does not process student payments or deposits. US businesses can optionally take deposits or prepayments through Stripe, with a platform fee on those payments. In Colombia, arrange payment separately.
