Create each service with its price and duration. State which product you can remove and whether removal is included. Separate a manicure without removal from the option for clients already wearing gel.

If clients keep choosing the wrong option, change its name or description. "Without removal" and "With gel removal" explain the difference before booking.

Clients choose a service and time and enter their name and email. After email verification, Separalo confirms the appointment or leaves it pending your approval, according to your settings.

The link does not add an integrated Instagram booking button or reply to messages automatically. You can also send it by message or display its QR code at your station.

If you review requests manually, tell clients to wait for your confirmation. If you need to check which product they have on, ask them to message you before choosing a service.

Set your working hours and the cleanup buffer across the business. Include the work with your client in the service duration. Use the buffer for cleaning afterward and breaks for fixed pauses.

If you finish at 6:00 PM, a 90-minute appointment cannot start at 5:00 PM. Add appointments arranged by message to the dashboard. Those bookings count when calculating availability for the assigned person.

Check upcoming appointments in your phone's browser. When you change an appointment arranged by message, save the change in the dashboard too, so the booking page shows the right availability.

In Colombia, Separalo does not process client payments or deposits. US businesses can optionally take deposits or prepayments through Stripe, with a platform fee on those payments. If your business is in Colombia or does not enable Stripe payments, collect deposits separately. Enable request review, send your payment details and confirm the appointment once you receive the deposit. Publish a cancellation policy clients can read before booking.

The plan covers up to two businesses, each with the owner and up to three additional team members.
