Dance studio booking software for private lessons

Adapt this example menu to your lessons and add each service's price before sharing it. A student can choose several services in one booking flow, each with its own instructor, date and time.

Add each instructor with their services, working hours and breaks. A booking reserves one team member for the full lesson. Set a buffer after appointments to prepare the studio. The same buffer applies across the business. Before sharing the page, check a sample appointment against your instructors' working hours, breaks and the buffer you have set.

For a weekly student, add each date from the dashboard or let them book each visit. Separalo does not create recurring series or track a class balance.

Share your link or QR code. The student chooses a service and time, enters their details and verifies their email. They do not need an account. With automatic confirmation, the appointment is confirmed after verification. With manual review, it awaits your approval.

Enable email reminders for eligible appointments. Students can reschedule or cancel through their private link, within your configured deadlines and rules. Changes appear in your calendar.

Students can also install your page from a supported browser. It uses your business name, logo and color. On iPhone, students add it through Share in Safari. They can keep booking in their browser without installing it. They need an internet connection to check availability, book or manage changes.

Separalo handles private appointments. It has no group capacity, waitlists, term enrollment, tuition billing, recital or costume management. If your dance school needs those functions, use a system that includes them.

The advertised subscription is $7.99/month for up to two businesses, each with the owner and up to three additional team members. Stripe handles the subscription payment. In Colombia, online appointment payments and deposits are unavailable. US businesses can enable Stripe payments, with a platform fee on those payments. In Colombia, arrange lesson payments directly with your students.
