14-day trial
You get 14 days to try Separalo. If the trial does not ask for a payment method and you do not add one, it ends without a paid subscription. If you authorize payment and conversion, the disclosed charges start when the trial ends.
Price and renewal
The plan shows its currency and billing interval. Stripe shows the final amount and applicable taxes before you confirm. A paid subscription renews for that interval unless you cancel.
Manage or cancel from your dashboard
From the dashboard, subscription controls open Stripe’s customer portal. In most cases cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. The refund policy is in the terms.
Subscription and appointment payments
That price is for using Separalo, not for the service you charge customers. Businesses in the United States can optionally take online deposits or prepayments through Stripe; Separalo charges a platform fee only on those payments. In Colombia, arrange payment for your services directly with your customers.
What your booking subscription includes
Are team members billed separately?
The plan includes up to 3 team members per business and up to 2 businesses. There is no separate member charge within those limits. The current price appears above.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Your booking page includes your name, logo, photos, link and QR code without Separalo branding. The installable app runs through the browser; you do not need an app-store listing to share your page.
Is there a fee per booking?
Appointments carry no fee; Separalo charges the subscription. Businesses in the United States that optionally take online deposits or prepayments through Stripe pay a platform fee only on those payments. If you do not turn them on, or your business is in Colombia, arrange those payments separately.
Does the QR tool require a subscription too?
The public QR code generator is free and does not require an account. Creating and managing a Separalo booking page is part of the paid plan after the trial.
