Leave time for cleanup and travel
In Services, set cleanup under "After each appointment". This buffer applies across your business. A 75-minute appointment plus 15 minutes of cleanup takes 90 minutes before the next client. For on-location work, confirm the address and when the client needs to be ready. Block travel as a break and check that the day's appointments allow for the journey.

From booking to your calendar
Clients open your link without creating an account. They choose a service and time, enter their details and verify their email. With automatic confirmation, verification confirms the appointment. With manual review, it awaits your approval. Its status appears in your calendar, which you can check in your phone or computer browser. Add appointments agreed by message too.
Separalo sends booking notices by email. With reminders enabled, eligible confirmed appointments receive an email around the day before. Do not rely on that reminder for appointments booked shortly before they start. It does not send SMS or WhatsApp reminders. Clients can reschedule or cancel through their private link, within the deadlines and rules you set. Changes appear in your calendar.
Clients can also choose several services and select the professional, date and time for each. In a supported browser, they can install your page with your name and logo or add it to their home screen. On iPhone, use Share in Safari. Clients can keep booking in the browser without installing your business app. They need an internet connection to check availability or book.
Price and limits for your studio
The advertised price is $7.99 USD per month for up to two businesses, each with the owner and up to three additional team members. The owner does not use a team seat. Have your business details, services and working hours ready before sharing the link. In Colombia, Separalo does not process client payments or deposits and does not automatically schedule wedding groups. US businesses can optionally take deposits or prepayments through Stripe, with a platform fee on those payments. In Colombia, arrange payment separately. Coordinate each person in the group separately.
