State how long it can be since the last appointment and whether you accept another artist's work. Use a time limit that fits your service. If removal and a fresh set are needed, list that service separately and include removal in its duration. Clients read these requirements before choosing a time. A two-hour full set needs a two-hour opening, while a fill can use a shorter slot.

If a fill takes 75 minutes and you need ten to prepare the station, set ten minutes under "After each appointment." This business-wide buffer applies to every service. The booking page accounts for it when showing availability. If your regular fills run over, increase their duration. If removal keeps being booked as a fill, clarify the description.

Assign each team member their services, hours and breaks. Each appointment must fit the provider's hours. Check a date on your public page to see which times appear for each service. Share your link in your profile or a message, or display your QR code in the studio.

Online bookings and appointments you add directly appear in the same calendar. When you reschedule an appointment, its new time appears there.

Clients verify their email to complete a request. With automatic confirmation, that confirms the appointment. With manual review, it awaits your approval. Separalo does not check fill eligibility. Contact the client before approving if you need more information.

Manage consent forms and patch-test records separately. In Colombia, Separalo does not process client payments or deposits. US businesses can optionally take deposits or prepayments through Stripe, with a platform fee on those payments.
