Spas
Spa booking software
Publish facials, body treatments and massages with prices and durations. Clients choose a treatment and time through your booking link.
Illustrated booking page. The spa, therapist and available times are synthetic.
Give each treatment its full time
Describe each treatment, such as a 60-minute hydrating facial or 90-minute body treatment. Adjust these example durations to your work. List consultations separately when you need to agree on treatment first.
Combine a facial and massage only if one therapist provides both continuously. List the total price and duration.
Leave time to prepare for the next appointment
Set a business-wide buffer to prepare for the next client. Available times depend on service duration, the therapist's hours and existing appointments.
Example only. A 60-minute treatment and a 15-minute buffer reserve 75 minutes before the next appointment.
Keep online and reception bookings together
Assign each therapist's services and hours. Add phone and reception bookings to the dashboard. Online bookings require email verification, then confirm automatically or await your approval, depending on your settings.
With reminders enabled, eligible confirmed appointments receive an email around the day before. Last-minute bookings may miss that window. Separalo does not send automatic SMS or WhatsApp reminders.
Check whether it fits your spa
Each appointment reserves one therapist. Coordinate shared rooms and treatments needing several therapists separately. Separalo does not manage memberships or package balances, including for combined treatments. In Colombia, it displays the service price but does not process client payments or deposits. US businesses can optionally take deposits or prepayments through Stripe, with a platform fee on those payments. In Colombia, arrange payment separately.
The plan includes the owner and up to three additional team members per business. The owner does not use a team seat.
