A 60-minute session with a 15-minute buffer takes 75 minutes before the next appointment. The buffer applies across the business, with no adjustment by technique. Include time with the client in the service duration. Use the buffer to change sheets and breaks for fixed pauses.

Add each therapist with their techniques and hours. Each appointment reserves one person. Coordinate shared rooms or treatments needing two therapists separately. The owner can work without using a team seat. Check current team limits on the pricing page. You can also enter appointments agreed by phone or message in the dashboard.

Clients choose a service and time, enter their details and verify their email. With automatic confirmation, verification confirms the appointment. With manual review, it awaits your approval. You see its status in your calendar. With reminders enabled, eligible confirmed appointments receive an email around the day before. Do not rely on that notice for appointments booked shortly before their start. Automatic notices do not use SMS or WhatsApp.

Use internal contact notes or notes on dashboard-created appointments for arrival instructions. Clients cannot enter notes at booking. Separalo has no intake forms, health history or SOAP notes. Store that information outside Separalo. In Colombia, arrange payment separately. In Colombia, Separalo does not collect payments or deposits. US businesses can optionally take deposits or prepayments through Stripe, with a platform fee on those payments.
