Tattoo booking software
Let clients book a consultation or a tattoo session from your booking page. Give each service its own price and duration, and share your link so clients can choose an available time.
Illustrated example. The studio, services and available times are synthetic.
List consultations and session blocks
A consultation gives you time to discuss the design, size and expected session length. List it separately from your tattoo sessions so clients can tell which appointment to choose.
An example service menu:
- Consultation, 30 minutes.
- Small tattoo session, 2 hours.
- Full sleeve session, 4 hours.
Adjust the menu to match your work. Set each service's price and explain what the session covers. A four-hour sleeve session reserves that time. It does not promise a finished sleeve.
Request design references directly from the client. The booking form does not collect designs or client notes, so arrange that exchange before you agree on the session.
Include setup time in your schedule. Add a cleanup buffer after appointments. The same cleanup buffer applies to every service in the business.
Review the work before confirming
Clients open your booking link, choose a service and an available time, then enter their details and verify their email. Clients do not need an account.
Choose how clients' verified requests enter your calendar:
- With automatic confirmation, email verification confirms the appointment.
- With manual review, the verified request stays pending until you approve it. Approve the session once you and the client have agreed on the work.
If every session needs a consultation first, explain that on your booking page. Separalo does not enforce an order between services. Use manual review to check that the consultation happened before approving the session.
Manual review. Email verification alone does not confirm the request.
Payments, cancellations and no-shows
In Colombia, Separalo does not process client payments, deposits or no-show fees. US businesses can optionally take deposits or prepayments through Stripe and charge eligible no-show fees to a saved card. A platform fee applies to those payments. Arrange payment directly with your client.
Publish your notice period and how clients should contact you if they cannot attend. Clients accept your published cancellation policy when booking.
Clients can also reschedule or cancel through their private booking link, subject to the deadlines and rules you configure. Changes appear in your calendar.
Start with your services and artist hours
Separalo costs $7.99 per month, with a 14-day free trial. The plan includes up to two businesses, each with the owner and up to three additional team members. The owner does not use an additional team seat. The membership includes your booking page, calendar, shareable link and QR code.
Set each artist's working hours. Each appointment reserves one person.
Clients can keep booking in their browser or install your booking page as an app with your business name and logo. It needs an internet connection to check availability, book and manage changes. On iPhone, clients add it from Share in Safari.
