Photography session booking software
Show your work and let clients book portraits, headshots or a consultation through your link. Set a duration for each session.
Illustrated booking page. The studio and available times are synthetic.
What each session includes
List a 20-minute consultation, a 30-minute headshot and a 60-minute portrait session separately. Set each option's price and explain the location, outfit changes and photos included. State when clients receive their finished photos.
Add photos of those sessions to your business page. If your images show several backdrops but a short session includes one, say so in its description. Share the link on your website or by message, or put your QR code on a card or studio display.
Leave time to reset the studio
Set preparation time under "After each appointment." This buffer applies across your business. A 60-minute session needs an hour plus that buffer. The next appointment must fit your hours, breaks and existing bookings.
Illustrative schedule using a 60-minute session and a 15-minute business-wide buffer. Actual availability also depends on hours, breaks and existing bookings.
From booking to your calendar
Clients choose a session and an available time, enter their details and verify their email. If you use automatic confirmation, email verification confirms the appointment. Otherwise, it awaits your approval. Its status appears in your calendar. Add sessions you arrange by message to the same calendar.
What you handle separately
Separalo handles appointments. In Colombia, it does not process client payments or deposits. US businesses can optionally take deposits or prepayments through Stripe, with a platform fee on those payments. Use your other tools for contracts, image selection and photo delivery. The public page can show your work, but it does not include contract signing or private galleries for selecting and delivering images.
