Three calendars cost $50/month, or $43.99/month for six months if eligible. Vagaro does not list every eligibility term.
Vagaro caps calendar charges at seven licenses, without limiting employees. Each location pays subscriptions and add-ons, without a multi-location management fee.

If you take 60 chip payments of $50 per month, processing costs $84 on $3,000. With the regular solo subscription, that is $114 before tax and add-ons. Tap to Pay would add $3.60 for those payments.
A free EMV reader requires approval and 12 months of processing. Stopping sooner costs $150. This commitment is separate from software cancellation. Marketplace listing is free. Ask for add-on prices.
When to keep Vagaro
Keep Vagaro if you need its checkout, memberships or marketplace. Separalo handles booking links, email confirmations and optional email reminders. It has no public recurring-series enrollment or clinical records. In Colombia, arrange payments separately. US businesses can enable Stripe payments, with a platform fee on those payments.
Separalo advertises $7.99/month, or $95.88 for twelve payments, covering up to two businesses, each with the owner and up to three additional staff.
