Separalo may fit if clients come through your link or referrals. It costs $7.99 USD a month for the owner and up to three additional team members per business. Clients choose a service and time, leave their details and verify their email. After verification, appointments confirm automatically or wait for your approval, depending on your settings.

Totals add twelve monthly payments, excluding tax, processing and extras. Separalo's total is not an annual plan. If three new marketplace clients arrive each month with a $60 first visit, you pay Fresha $36 a month in commission, $432 over twelve months. Direct-link bookings do not carry that commission. Text and WhatsApp messages have an allowance, then extra charges.

How to move your appointments from Fresha
- Enter each service's price and duration in Separalo. Set hours, breaks and the appointment buffer.
- Save Fresha contacts and future appointments using your account's available options. Pick a switch date and add appointments after it with New booking to block those times.
- On that date, close new online bookings in Fresha. Recheck every future appointment and apply new bookings, changes and cancellations before publishing your Separalo link.
- Update your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, website and printed QR codes with your Separalo link.
- Keep Fresha until open payments, gift cards and packages are settled. Then cancel.
