These US rates are in USD, as of October 2026, before tax and variable fees. Totals cover twelve monthly payments, not annual billing. Fresha states there is no minimum commitment. We have not verified additional-location pricing. Ask Fresha before budgeting another location.
Marketplace and other fees
Fresha charges 20% once, minimum $6, per new marketplace client. Returning clients do not trigger Fresha's marketplace new-client fee. For a $20 first visit, 20% is $4, so the $6 minimum applies.

When to keep Fresha
Keep Fresha if its marketplace brings clients at a profit or you need its checkout and forms. With Separalo, clients choose a service and time through your link. Email updates are optional. It has no marketplace, clinical records or public recurring-series enrollment. In Colombia, arrange payments separately. US businesses can enable Stripe payments, with a platform fee on those payments.
Separalo includes the owner and up to three additional staff per business, with up to two businesses. Budget separately for finding clients and taking payments.
