How to plan makeup appointment times
Set durations for makeup and trials, explain what each service includes, and leave time to prepare your station between clients.

Work back from the departure time
For a 3:00 PM departure, start a 75-minute appointment by 1:45 PM. Include all work with the client in that duration.

Separate the trial from event makeup
Publish a 90-minute trial separately from event makeup, with its own price. Describe the trial as choosing the look, application and adjustments. Use names that distinguish the appointments and add photos beside your services.
Leave time for cleanup
Set 15 minutes under "After each appointment" in Services for cleaning and preparation. The client books the makeup duration; availability also accounts for your extra cleanup time. This buffer applies across your business. Add appointments agreed by message and check your published times before sharing the link.
Confirm details before traveling
Send this through your usual channel. Block travel as breaks and allow setup and packing time. Separalo does not calculate routes or schedule wedding groups automatically.
